The Moon Fairy's Whisper
Long ago, when the moon hung like a jade disc in the inky sky, lived a gentle fairy named Yue. She resided in a realm woven from moonlight and mist, where silver rivers flowed through whispering willow groves and mountains shimmered with stardust. Yue cherished her home, especially the luminous moon that cast its ethereal glow upon the magical landscape.
One night, as Yue floated among the cloud-sheep grazing in the heavens, she noticed a faint sadness drifting up from the world below. Peeking through the swirling mists, she saw children tossing and turning in their sleep, troubled by worries and fears. Her heart, as soft as a moonbeam, ached for them.
Holding a tiny spark of moonlight in her palm, Yue descended to the sleeping world. She gently blew the spark towards the children, and as it touched their foreheads, their troubled dreams dissolved like morning mist. They began to dream of soaring among the stars, of dancing with friendly dragons, and of laughing in fields of glowing flowers.
Yue continued her nightly visits, painting the children's dreams with imagination colours: skies of amethyst, forests of emerald, and rivers of sapphire. She whispered secrets of courage to those who were scared, and melodies of joy to those who were sad.
Soon, the children awoke each morning with smiles on their faces and a lightness in their hearts. They didn't remember the moon fairy's visits, but they carried the echoes of her magical dreams within them throughout the day. The world below became a little brighter, a little more hopeful, all thanks to the gentle moon fairy and her imagination colours.
